Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on LeftMove for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Property Listing Terms

Listing Requirements

When listing a property on LeftMove, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about the property
• Upload only genuine photographs of the actual property
• Have the legal right to sell the property
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not list properties that are already under contract

Listing Fees

LeftMove charges a one-time listing fee based on the selected package. This fee is:

• Non-refundable once the listing is published
• Valid for the duration specified in your selected package
• Subject to change with notice to users

User Responsibilities

As a user of our Service, you agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
• Notify us immediately if you discover or suspect any security breaches
• Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Prohibited Uses

You may not use LeftMove:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
• To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of LeftMove and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

By posting content on LeftMove, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Changes to Terms
